Do you offer exchanges?Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the matter.

What is your return policy?We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@philowi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@philowi.com.

Do you offer exchanges on custom dresses?Please note that our custom dresses are non-refundable. If however the item is faulty or you wish to file a claim, please contact us and we will help you return the item and resolve the matter.

What is the cost of the custom items?All custom dresses are available at a fixed rate of 599 SEK. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery (typically, dresses ship within 2-3 working days, but delivery may be longer during busier periods). Note that custom items are non-refundable.

How do I order a custom dress?It's simple! Browse through our existing items and find something you like. Choose your preferred model—the Wilma, the Philippa, or the Olivia. Select a fabric from our collection, or if you have a specific fabric in mind that's not on our website, let us know, and we'll help you find the perfect fabric for your unique dress! Pick your size and send us a message in the chat. Once your order is confirmed, we'll start crafting your one-of-a-kind PHILOWI dress!

Do you offer custom dresses?Yes, we do! We can offer the Wilma, Olivia, and Philippa dresses as customized orders. You can inquire about color, fabric, size, and details, and we will work with you to find the perfect design. Once we have discussed your preferences, we will source the right fabric and provide you with a proposal, including a price estimate, before we begin creating your unique dress.
